The bridge of Konitsa, located on the town Konitsa, Ioannina, Epirus, Greece.
It is a big arch bridge with a height of 20 meters and 40 meters opening arc.
It is located on the edge of Konitsa in the canyon of river Aoos. Built by master builder Ziaga Frontzos in 1870.
There are many arch bridges in Epirus, and most of them are located in places of extreme natural beauty, if you ever have the chance to travel there you should definitely explore them!

This photo was taken with my old hp photosmart E327. its not the best result but anyway I just wanted to share with you a magical place :)
Hopefully next time I ll take my dslr with me =D

As you say in the artist´s comments, one could repost this photograph in a non-profittable way by giving you full credit and link to this site. I was wondering though if I could use it as a reference to a project/report that the university I attend gave my class, it´s about bridges and I was assigned to find stuff about arch bridges.
I would be much obliged if you read this.

Seriously, it scares me, and I think I might be afraid of heights. >.>

But the pic is good, it makes me think of The Lord Of The Rings ( my favorite movie ever ). xD
